This engaging Bazoongi Planetarium Play Tent from Lifespan Kids is an ideal indoor mini cubby house play tent - packed with features to nurture imaginations and role play. Little astronomers will be so excited to learn about their universe with glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. The Planetarium fosters their curiosity for real discovery with a see through mesh roof and observatory opening for night-time discovery. The floor is a detachable washable base, and detaches quick and easily for clean ups.

All tools, hardware and instruction manuals are provided to assist you with the assembly process.  Made from high quality materials including 100% Polyester hollow-fill fibre padding material. We've applied water-based acrylic lacquer to the timber to give it extra protection against the elements as well as a nice, smooth finish. Bazoongi tents are made from 100% spun-bonded material for long lasting durability and can be used time and time again. 

All tents come with patented fibreglass poles with protective plastic coating for extra strength, durability, without being too heavy or troublesome to assemble. Designed for indoor use, but can be suitable for outside play on sunny summer days (not waterproof, can't be left outdoors).

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will be despatched within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please email us, along with appropriate photos and we will liaise with suppliers around replacement items and process a claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 8 hours are subject to a $30 administration fee, whether or not the order has shipped.  This is because orders are always processed soon after initial receipt, to allow customers to receive their purchased products as quickly as possible. 

If an order has already been despatched, the customer will be responsible for payment of all associated shipment charges (for initial delivery freight charges as well as return charges). Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card (or Paypal or Afterpay account) used when placing the order.
